Doughnut Academy: Call me a Doughnut Conoisseur

Your prayers have been answered London. You finally get a chance to learn the tricks of the glaze behind Doughnut Times famous doughnuts.

We (Me and Gemma from @eatinguplondon )were lucky enough to be invited to sample a one hour workshop with Doughnut Time  where we designed, glazed and filled 6 doughnuts at their upstairs workshop in the Shaftesbury Avenue store.

We learnt how they made their famous:

  • Hans Rolo – Rolo
  • No Share – Ferrero Rocher
  • Love at first bite – Nutella
  • It’s always a gay time – Custard and biscuit

And then got to design two of our own – these were a bit rogue from me.

The best part is, you get to take these home with you!
