What’s their story?
Every day, the UK drinks 165 million cups of tea and only 70 million cups of coffee and they feel the British high street does not reflect their tea fascination. The high street is covered in a plethora of coffee shops yet it is difficult to find a good cup of tea to take away in London.
MaiChai – Angel’s newest tea shop, opened at the end of September just to rectify that!
MaiChai serves Tea Lattes and Cuppa-ccinos to tempt any coffee lovers passing by! Lots of the lattes are made with almond milk to cater to every dietary need and every one comes topped with flowers.. Their tasty selection of cakes also has vegan-friendly options and we all know how important this is nowadays!
Our verdict
Put it on the bucket list now. In this cold cold winter why not warm your insides and your eyes with a beautiful tea. Also the creativity and care that goes into decorating each one of their photo’s is just fabulous and pretty inspirational to foodies like me. I think they’re perfect and will definitely be heading down this Jan, who’s with me?
