The Coburg Brasserie is unveiling their new brunch menu and it looks DIVINE.
This all day brasserie is perfect for brunch they say. Waffle Lobster Egg Benedicts, french toast and cocktails, we can’t wait for it to arrive! Want to go bottomless, you would be mad not to in Dublin right? They have that covered, €19 will get you bottomless mimosa’s to get a bit fruity on the weekend.
Brunch is served from noon – 4pm and THANK GOD because no one wants to get up earlier than that on a weekend.
After working at Hilton, I know how gooooood the Conrad branch is. Its chic, it’s glamorous and when flights to Dublin are as low as £18 one way from London in October, why wouldn’t we take a trip just for brunch?
